We have 3 rooms available for rent in a great 5 bedroom house.
Close to both Liverpool and Campbelltown.
2x rooms at $185 per week (if couple then $220 per week)
1x room at $160 per week
Rooms are unfurnished and have single built in wardrobes and air-con units.
We are looking for friendly, quiet, respectful, very clean and tidy people.
Preferably non smokers but if you do smoke then it is outside only.
We are friendly and easy going people, however we are not party people so if you are into loud music and parties, this is not the type of place for you. We have a quiet, peaceful and respectable home. However we do enjoy the occasional bbq and couple of drinks on a nice summers day :)
Included in the rent is Foxtel and Water.
Electricity will be evenly split between everyone.
There is a nice large sunny backyard and outdoor seating area.
We have two beautiful and friendly German Shepherd dogs so someone who loves animals will fit right in.
There is a furnished living room with a desk and tv which is cosy and comfy.
Parking is available on the street if you have a car.
Easy walking distance to Macquarie Fields train station, public transport, shops and TAFE.
You must be reliable and pay rent on time (weekly) and provide a copy of ID.
Bond is 3 weeks rent. Rent is payable one week in advance. So 4 weeks total will be due upfront. Rent can be paid by bank transfer or cash on a weekly basis and receipt will be given if you like.
