1995 Volkswagen Golf Hatchback in LONG POINT, New South Wales for sale

Car drives great and has never given me any problems. Some parts have been precautionarily replaced, and some light modifications done to it as well (Message for a full list of replacements)
Some replacements/modifications include:
4X New brake roters
4X Engine mounts
2X new front shock absorbers
2X new front tires (left one is a little worn - about 60% left)
4X new spark plugs
2X three way Soundstream speakers
Custom red instrument board
New exhaust system (Cat converter, 2" piping, sports muffler and hotdog tip)
Fuel filter has been replaced Jan this year
Driver's seat wheel bearing replaced
I have lost some of the receipts for the work done, but I can get them upon request.
The bad:
The car has a small dent on the passengers door, and a few minor scratches as well.
The plastic strip on the passengers door has also come loose, but can easily be reattached with some adhesive.
the roof lining is sagging down and needs to be replaced.
Left wheel is worn
Registration till November this year. Reason for sale is that I have already made a deposit on another car and need the money.
